At Rain Oddities, every piece is carefully handcrafted, preserved, and prepared with attention to detail. Due to the unique nature of our artwork, preserved specimens, taxidermy pieces, and custom creations, we maintain the following refund and return policy.

Returns & Exchanges

Because most items sold by Rain Oddities are one-of-a-kind, handmade, preserved, or custom-created, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Custom orders

• Commissioned pieces

• Personalized items

• Preserved specimens

• Taxidermy artwork

• Sale or clearance items

• Gift cards

Please review product descriptions and photographs carefully before making a purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process a claim, please provide:

• Your order number

• Clear photographs of the item

• Photographs of the packaging

• A brief description of the issue

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or store credit.

Shipping Damage

Rain Oddities carefully packages all items for safe shipment. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times and handling are outside of our control. If a package arrives damaged, customers must retain all original packaging materials and contact us immediately so we can assist with the claims process.

Lost Packages

Rain Oddities is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by shipping carriers. Customers should verify all shipping information before placing an order. If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, customers must contact the shipping provider directly.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless production, preservation work, packaging, or shipment has already begun. Custom orders and commissioned work cannot be canceled once work has started.

Custom Orders & Commissions

Custom work requires significant time, materials, and artistic labor. Deposits paid toward custom projects are non-refundable. Once a custom project has been approved and work has begun, refunds will not be issued.
